Ahmed Islam is Chief Financial Officer at RPIA, overseeing the Trade Operations & Settlement, Client Operations, Investment Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams. Since joining RPIA in 2015, Ahmed has played a key role in scaling and developing the firm’s finance and operations infrastructure, including building and growing a high-performing Operations and Investment Accounting team as the organization expanded.
Ahmed has also played an instrumental role in supporting the firm’s growth through the launch and ongoing development of new products and other strategic product initiatives. In addition, he contributes significantly to tax-related initiatives and product development, helping support the firm’s evolving investment platform and broader operational capabilities.
Prior to joining RPIA, Ahmed held roles at Goldman Sachs, Crédit Agricole, SS&C GlobeOp, and Barometer Capital Management.
